Tibetan mantra healing uses the power of sound and vibration as a medium to heal the body and mind. As a singer and a practitioner of Tibetan medicine specializing in mantra healing, Drukmo Gyal is in a unique position between ancient tradition and emerging science. Her lecture-concerts intimately involve the audience, inviting them to experience how sound affects the mind and body through active listening and direct participation in mantra recitation, paired with visualization techniques. Drukmo will share traditional and original Tibetan and Sanskrit mantras and explain how these teachings can be used to heal the present self and enable collective healing in the future.
